PTR Compliance Statement

ZanNex Travels Ltd is a UK-registered company that arranges ground-only travel, hotels, transport, and experiences in Saudi Arabia. We do not sell flights, which means ATOL does not apply to our packages.

The travel packages we put together fall within the scope of the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Regulation 19 requires us to put insolvency protection in place so that customer money is safeguarded between sale and travel.

Our position today.We are not yet bonded. As a result, this website does not accept payments and does not form binding bookings. Every "book" or "reserve" action on the site is an expression of interest , we capture your details so we can speak with you about the journey, share an indicative quote, and answer your questions. Nothing on this site obliges either party.

Path to live bookings. We are in the process of putting in place trust-account insolvency protection through a regulated provider. Once that is confirmed:

• Customer funds will be routed through the trust account, not directly to ZanNex.
• Each booking will receive a protection certificate and a Trust ID.
• Our booking terms will be reviewed and signed off by a travel-trade solicitor before any live transactions take place.

Sharia-conscious payments. When payments are enabled, you'll be able to pay in full or via interest-free instalments only. We do not offer Klarna, Clearpay, Afterpay, or any other interest-bearing BNPL product.
