1. About these terms. These draft terms describe how ZanNex Travels Ltd intends to handle bookings once our insolvency protection is in place under the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018. At present, every booking action on this site is an expression of interest only; no money is taken and no contract is formed.
2. Scope. We arrange ground services, hotels, transport, and experiences. We do not sell flights. ATOL therefore does not apply.
3. Payments (future). When payments are enabled, they will be routed through our trust account provider and held until your trip. We will offer full payment or interest-free instalments. We do not offer Klarna, Clearpay, Afterpay, or any other BNPL product.
4. Cancellation, changes, and refunds. Final terms, including notice periods and refund mechanics, will be reviewed and finalised by a travel-trade solicitor before live bookings are accepted.
5. Governing law. These terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
