1. About these terms. These draft terms describe how ZanNex Travels Ltd handles enquiries and travel arrangements. An enquiry made through this site is not a binding booking; any arrangement is confirmed with you directly before it is finalised.

2. Scope. We arrange ground services, hotels, transport, and curated experiences, tailored to your trip.

3. Payments. Any payment terms are agreed with you directly. We keep things interest-free and do not offer Klarna, Clearpay, Afterpay, or any other BNPL product.

4. Cancellation, changes, and refunds. Cancellation, change, and refund terms are agreed with you at the time your arrangements are confirmed.

5. Governing law. These terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
