Who we are. ZanNex Travels Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.
What we collect. When you send us an enquiry we collect the details you submit in the form, typically your name, email, phone number, party size, and any notes you choose to share. We also collect the date and time of submission and the locale you used.
How we use it. We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to follow up about packages and trips, and to operate our customer relationship system.
Retention. Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date you submit it. After that, identifying fields are anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing privacy@zannextravels.com.
Sharing. We share data with the service providers we use to operate this site, including our CRM, email delivery, and database providers, under written agreements. We do not sell your data.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data. Email privacy@zannextravels.com to exercise them.
