Why we started ZanNex
ZanNex Travels was founded on a straightforward observation: arranging a journey to Saudi Arabia is often harder, and less transparent, than it needs to be. Travellers are asked to commit money early, to operators they cannot easily check, for arrangements described only in the vaguest terms.
We wanted to do it the other way round. ZanNex Travels Ltd is registered in England and Wales, which means there is a real company, at a real address, answerable under UK law. That accountability sits alongside people who know Saudi Arabia properly: the hotels, the distances, the timings, and the practical details that decide whether a journey feels calm or rushed.
We are a young company, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. What we offer instead of a long trading history is attention: you deal directly with the people arranging your travel, and nothing is confirmed until it is set out clearly in writing.
We are also not doing this alone. Although ZanNex is new, we are backed by established partners with genuine experience in Saudi travel, who are on the ground and ready to support your journey from the moment you arrive. Their depth, paired with our care and UK accountability, is what lets us promise a premium, personal service from day one.

Where we stand today
We would rather be plainly honest about our current position than imply protection we do not yet have.
No payment is taken at this stage. This is an expression of interest. Insolvency protection will be in place before any payments are accepted (UK Package Travel Regulations 2018).
Your booking will be fully financially protected before any payment is taken.
Are you ATOL protected?
No. ATOL only covers flight-inclusive packages, and we sell ground-only (hotels, transport, and experiences). Our insolvency protection will be in place under the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018 before we accept any payments.
How are payments handled?
At this stage we don't take any payments. Every booking is an expression of interest. Once our trust-account insolvency protection is live, you'll be able to pay in full or in interest-free instalments. We do not offer Klarna, Clearpay, or any other BNPL product.
Does anything on this site create a booking?
No. Nothing on this website forms a binding booking or contract. Every enquiry and every "book" or "enquire" action is an expression of interest only. If we go on to arrange travel for you, the terms will be set out separately and in writing.
Can I customise a package?
Yes, most of our work is bespoke. Tell us what you have in mind on the enquiry form and we'll build a quote around it.
